Obesity & Your Diet Chart!



Obesity is a sickness that can affect anyone at any age. It is generally caused due to food disorder. That is why constantly monitoring your weight is essential in living a healthy lifestyle. This involves eating the right foods and engaging in frequent physical activity. A weight loss diet chart is also useful in keeping your weight in check at all times. It will provide you the kind of body you always wanted to acquire.

A healthy diet will also work towards keeping you healthy and stay away from several health related problems including obesity. Diet has two faces; one if you have a proper diet chart and plan it keeps you healthy and second, if have a food disorders it may cause excess of fat and will caused obesity. So you should have a diet chart like below:



1. Eat a light dinner with easy to digest foods. This may include the following:
  • Whole grain bread or chapattis.
  • Half cooked or steamed vegetables.
  • Seasonal fruits except banana and apple.
2. Take a balanced diet of the day at lunch with a wide variety of warm, cooked food. This may include the following:
  • Salad of raw vegetables such as carrot, beetroot, cucumber, cabbage etc.
  • Whole grain bread or whole wheat chapattis and a glass of buttermilk.
  • Roasted cumin seeds, green coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger mixed in the buttermilk.




3. And a few other basics rule should also be followed by you. This may include the following:
  • Avoid drinking water immediately before or after meals as it will slow digestion.
  • Do not over eat especially cold, oily and heavy things.
  • Avoid sleeping right after eating.
  • And eat 4-5 smaller meals in a day rather than 2-3 larger meals.
If you follow the above mentioned diet chart in your daily routine, it will certainly help to burns the excess fat and will provide an ideal body weight and shape.
